1) What if I have an issue with the advertisement or need it removed immediately?

Should any issues arise with the advertisement, or if you need it removed immediately for any reason, please contact our support team directly, and we'll assist you as quickly as possible.

2) What happens in case of an accident?

In case of an accident, you should first ensure your safety and follow normal protocols for such situations. Then, inform us as soon as you can. We'll work with you and the advertiser on the next steps regarding the advertising materials.

3) When and how will I get paid?

Payments are made on a monthly basis. After each 30-day period, you'll need to raise an invoice through our launchpad. The invoice template is pre-filled for your convenience - you'll just need to add your bank details and the travel details from your tracker report. We will process the payment and transfer the funds to your specified bank account within 14 days of receiving your invoice.

4) What if I don't like or agree with the advert offered to me, can I refuse that campaign?

Absolutely, you have the right to refuse any campaign that you don't feel comfortable with. If you choose to decline a campaign, it won't affect your eligibility for future campaigns. You can simply wait for another campaign to be offered that aligns more with your preferences.
